FAQ
Good to know
Made to order in the US by our print partner. You approve a proof before we print. Remake if print or shipping quality fails.
Do I see the design before you print?
Yes. We email a proof of your star map, and printing starts only after you approve it. If anything looks off, reply and we fix it before printing.
Where do you ship?
The United States only for now. After proof approval, Printful typically needs a few business days to print, then standard US shipping is about 3 to 4 business days. Peak weeks can run longer.
Is this the exact sky from that night?
It is a careful approximation from public star catalog positions for the date, time, and place you give us. It is meant as a meaningful gift, not a scientific instrument or planetarium certificate.
What do I personalize?
Date (required), place (required), optional time (we default to 9:00 pm local if blank), up to three dedication lines (about 30 characters each), and a style: Bold statement, Premium navy gold, or Modern minimal.
What is your returns policy?
Each canvas is made to order. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong because of a fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We will work a remake or refund through our print partner. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or for personalization you already approved. If you approved the wrong date or place, a corrected print is a new paid order.
Who prints the canvas?
We generate your map and proof. Printful prints and ships the 16x20 canvas in the US. We do not hand-paint or stock canvases at home.
